We've just put a large quantity of new how-to videos online.  Word and Excel have just been added.  Outlook 2007 is also available.  Please look at the BrainStorm link on the right side of this page.  In the dropdown box where it says "How to use this CBT" just select "Outlook for Beginners" or Word, or Excel. (Sign in first, or you won't be able to see it.)
